APP 001 / HOW-TO / SYSTEME.IO

A landing page. Five steps. No coding.

Whether you are gathering interest for a new service, a newsletter or a small project, start with a simple opt-in landing page. The steps below follow systeme.io’s help articles. This page does not include a recorded walkthrough.

What “free” means:

systeme.io’s pricing page lists a Free plan with three sales funnels, up to 2,000 contacts, one custom domain, and up to $10,000 in sales (checked 2026-10-27). An official-domain pricing variant also lists 15 funnel steps; confirm that cap in the product before you rely on it. On 2026-10-27, Free-plan pages were observed with a “Powered by systeme.io” badge. Paid plans are optional, and limits can change. Check the vendor’s pricing page.

The setup

  1. Create your account. Choose the Free plan. No card is needed to open it.
  2. Start a funnel. Open Sites → Sales funnels → Create and select the Build an Audience funnel type.
  3. Customize the opt-in page. Choose a template and change its headline, supporting text and email capture form.
  4. Review the thank-you page. The audience-building funnel includes a thank-you step. Make the post-submission message helpful and accurate.
  5. Check before sharing. Open the page on a phone, check form submission, review contact consent and confirm that the thank-you page appears.

For exact interface instructions, see the vendor's official funnel documentation and current plan limits.

Who should use it?

Worth exploring: someone who needs a basic opt-in page and is not ready to pay for a larger stack. Less compelling: someone who already has a mature site and integrated marketing automation.
